Today Kate, Sara and I went to the Travel Towne Museum by Griffith Park with Michelle and Kien Cooke. Its a really cool place, they have the huge trains that the kids can just get on and roam around, plus its free. To be honest Kate and Kien mostly liked running up and down the grassy hill right by the entrance, we did finally get them to get into 2 of the trains but Kate ended up being in a wierd mood and was scared of the other trains, maybe because she wiped out at the park yesterday and skinned a good portion of the palm of one of her hands. So definetly, Travel Towne is a place to put on your list of places to go and we will be going back for another fun time.
A little of what the Thompson's are up to.

First of all, a gecko is not a bug. Gecko's are cute. And also I also don't like bugs in my house. And my mom has checked your blog and she says that she can hear your voice when she reads it. How do you do the lots of writing under the small pictures? Mine only lets me do a small caption.
Eric said the same thing about the geko not being a bug, he said "its not a bug...its a lizard!!" I don't care it was still something I didn't want in my house that I may have had to get out by myself. I like them enough running around in the planters outside and Britain loves to chase them too!!
and for the text - when you add a page element you add a picture right? there is also another page element that says text, I put all the writing in the text and then just move it around in the side bar so it shows under the picture. Does that help?
So cool! Great pictures. Sounds like it was fun with all the different trains. I hear there's a great zoo not too far away, too...
